Surrender to Receiving Support and Love

Light workers, healers, empaths, teachers, counselors, are but a few of the types of people that do a lot of giving.

🌹

A common co-trait with a giving personality is often a self protective wall/shell to keep from getting hurt. It’s really an illusion, as the pain gets through, but it often keeps out that which you need, love and support.

🌹

You may feel that you are undeserving of support and love. Nothing could be further from the truth. We are all, no matter what, deserving of love and support.

🌹

As with everything, it is important to find the balance. It is important to give to others, to help those in need. But, you must replenish yourself, to do this, is being open to receiving love and support.

🌹

It is not a sign of weakness to ask for support, indeed it is the opposite, it is a sign of strength to ask for help when you need it.

🌹

When you are open to receiving support and love, you in turn have more love and support to give others. It is a beautiful cycle of giving and receiving, which helps keep us in the flow of the Divine.

🌹

Take some time today to nourish yourself, be open to all the love and support that comes your way.

🌹
