Surrender Frustration 

🌹
No matter how evolved, how zen, we believe, or aspire, ourselves to be, there will be times when frustration rears up and demands our full attention. 

🌹

Frustration can be ego driven, events are not happening when we believe they should; people are not behaving the way we believe they should. Frustration also occurs when are needs are not being met. 

🌹

So how should frustration be handled from the higher self perspective? First, take your emotions out of the situation so that you may view it more clearly. 

🌹

Consider why frustration is occurring. If it is a need that is not being met, are there steps you can take to fix this? 

🌹

If the ego is driving the frustration, ask yourself what is triggering it. Is it a judgement? Are you judging another according to what you believe they should be doing? Is this also where you judge yourself? 

🌹

Is it simply that you need more patience? Every delay has a reason, you may not know the reason, the reason may or may not be known to you at a later time. Trust divine timing and have patience. 

🌹

When you take the time to delve into the emotions behind the frustration you can then take the steps needed to let go of frustration. 

🌹

Feeling frustrated is not a bad thing, it is an opportunity to bring your awareness to a situation in order to rectify an off balance.
