It is time to seek out your truth. What is your core, underlying belief?

How often do you sit with your emotions? Allowing them to come up and be felt without judgment? It takes great courage to look within and face what is there.

Now is the time for honest self reflection. This is not a time to be critical with yourself. It is a time to look with clear eyes and see where you are, what you need to improve on, and to see where your soul wishes to journey.
