Just as our physical body benefits when we purify what we put into it, our other bodies also benefit when we take the time to purify and clear them.

Along with a physical body, you have emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual bodies. All deserve your care and attention.

Your emotional body can get filled with stuck, unprocessed emotions, that need be released. Your mental body, and spiritual body, can be filled with thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you. You can be carrying belief patterns that are your ancestors, that are not in alignment with where you are now. Your energetic body can become heavy with energy from others.

Taking time to regularly check in with these different aspects of yourself, and using your discernment as to what is in alignment with you and what should be released, will help you manifest the life that you wish to have.
