When Quiet Time shows up, it means business. You are in need of some quality time to reconnect with your soul. Your soul has been trying to get your attention, you need to find space in your life, to slow down and get away from noise and distractions. Even if it just for a few hours, commit to yourself that you will take the time.

You may not even realize how much you need this time, until you take it. It is easy to get caught up in the busyness that it makes it difficult to hear when your soul is trying to communicate with you.

Better to plan some time off, to be with yourself, relaxing in nature, taking a meditative walk, or in meditation, connecting with your soul. Recharging your energy, your creativity, your life force, back in alignment with your soul.
