When you feeling the weight of the world, when situations happen that leave you in pain, know that there is always a blessing. You may not feel it at the time, but in hindsight you do see what the hidden blessings are.

You are loved beyond measure, supported at all times, you will never not be blessed. It is when the egoic mind is in control that you feel alone and unsupported.

When you are in the habit of gratitude, it will be easier to see the blessings that surround you. When you see the hidden blessing of a situation, it fills you with positive energy to move forward.
