This time on earth can be viewed through the eyes of fear, contraction, scarcity. Or it can be viewed as a time, where you have time, to do your spiritual work, reconnect with your soul and the Divine.

You have been given this amazing opportunity to go into the pause. The pause in time where the Divine resides, where you connect with your soul. Where you can see clearly where you need to heal and how to heal. The pause is where the Divine works and inspiration resides.

No matter what the external situation is, you always have a choice, in everything you do. With your choice you can choose intentionally, with the highest good for all. You can choose to delve into the pause.
