You are being called to step forward and accept the leadership role that is calling you. This may make you uncomfortable, as this is not a role that you have taken on before. Know that you are ready and this is why you are here at this time. Do not allow anyone to dim your light, this is your time.

You empower others simply by being who you are. There is no need to shape yourself into something you’re not. Leaders come in many different forms, and one is not better than another. Lead from the heart, with truth and honor guiding you. Do not make yourself smaller to make another feel better. Stand tall and shine your light, it will be a beacon to all who resonate with your energy vibration.

The greatest leaders are those who empower others to be their greatest self, lifting them higher than they imagined they could go. Have your interactions with others leave them better than they were before. Lead from the heart.
