This doesn’t mean that there won’t be times where you experience hardship, but the choice is always yours on whether or not to look for the happiness and joy in the situation.

Open your heart to the celebration that is life in the physical. Follow your bliss and express love. Embrace life to its fullest. Get the most out of every day, every hour, every minute, for time is but an illusion, all you have is now and your choice of whether you are happy right here and now.
