You are being gently guided to prepare yourself for the opportunity for rapid progress/growth on your spiritual path. Things that you can do to prepare are simple. Prepare your physical body, you may be wondering why you should prepare the physical body for spiritual growth. Spiritual growth on Gaia happens in the physical, so your physical body assists in your spiritual growth. You are anchoring higher vibrational energy through your physical body into Gaia, your body needs to be ready to hold that energy.

Preparing physically includes eating higher vibrational food, limiting processed, artificial food, limiting caffeine. Drinking enough water is also important, your physical body is water based. Water is sacred, it is the basis of life.

Connecting with nature is important. You are not separate from nature, you are part of nature. If possible take your shoes off and ground yourself once a day. In order to handle the higher vibrational energy you must be grounded. Doing these things prepares you for accelerated growth. It keeps you in the present moment so you recognize opportunities and steps to take to get on the fast tract of spiritual evolution.
