The Healing Lagoon

This body that you were gifted for this lifetime is a very precious gift and you need to treat it as such. That means taking the time needed to rest and rejuvenate. This includes your mental, emotional, physical, and even spiritual bodies. Be aware when you are starting to get run down, better to catch it earlier than later.

The healing lagoon is a place of nourishment and rest. Enter the healing lagoon when you are grounded and centered in your soul. Wade into the healing lagoon, going in deeper and deeper, allowing yourself to lay back and allow the waters to support you and heal you. Bringing you peace, ease, and healing comfort to all of your bodies.

The time for work, and the time for rest should be of equal value in time spent. When was the last time that you really rested and felt relaxed? If you can’t remember, now is the time for that vacation. Don’t feel guilty when you take time away from going, going, going and doing, doing, doing, to just being. Just being, anchors you in the moment, anchors you in your soul, and allows rejuvenation of the bodies.
