Just as the oyster turns the sand that was an irritant over time into a beautiful pearl, when you experience hardship you can alchemize into healing. The choice is always yours. You can experience life’s challenges and become bitter and hardened, or you can choose to evolve, heal, and take the wisdom offered.

Where in your life are you being offered the opportunity of transformation? It likely is the first thing that came to you. Surround the grit in your life with grace, compassion, and healing. Your work will be rewarded in the end.
