Have you being feeling stuck lately!? Feel like you are not making any progress? One step forward and two steps back? When water stops moving it can become stagnant. Perhaps, like water, you need to keep moving or you will stagnate. Take an honest look at your life where you are stuck, where do you need to get moving in order to move this stagnant energy?

What shifts have you been feeling called to make? Have you been resisting making those shifts? Once you realize you have been resisting, you are then able to bring your energy into forward movement again. Feel like you need help to get moving again? Have no worry, all you need to do is ask your team to assist you, and help is given!

No matter what caused you to become stuck, you are ready to face it, heal it, and begin to have forward movement once again in your life. You have within you the courage that it takes to embrace a new way of flowing through life. A shift here, a shift there, soon you are flowing, leaving the old and embracing the new. What are you ready to bring into creation in your life?
