This comes in as a gentle reminder to take time regularly to show gratitude for those things and people that have value to you. Have gratitude for the big things and the little things. Be grateful for the family and friends that you have in your life. Be thankful for all of the service workers that make your life easier; from the store clerk, to the gas station attendant, to all of the delivery people that bring you what you need. Once you start you will be amazed with the amount of people that you come in contact with that make your life better.

Where are you being called to give thanks? Do you thank the food that sustains you? The water that is life? The animals that enrich your life? Your house that provides you shelter, the people and things that make it a home?

The more that you take the time to show your appreciation, to express gratitude, the more that you will have to be grateful for. Being thankful puts you in the abundance flow. Stop taking things for granted. Start appreciating all that you have. Thank you for being here, for showing up, for being part of my ohana.
