This is an invitation for you to look at where you are spreading yourself thin. Have you been burning the candle at both ends? You can only do this for so long until you burn out. Replenishing yourself then will take much longer than if you take care of your needs as they arise. You were gifted your physical body for this lifetime, you need to treat it as the gift it is. Love and care for your body. Nourish your mind , body, and spirit. Don’t take your health for granted.

Look at nature, everything in nature is cyclical, so are you! You are a part of nature and follow the same cycles. Flowers do not bloom all of the time. They follow a cycle of bloom-seed-rest and bloom again. You are no different, you need time of rest and rejuvenation in order to work at peak performance again.

Slow down. Take stock, where in your life are you out of balance? Where are you pushing yourself too hard? Listen to your body; what does it need? Have you been neglecting your health? This is your wake up call. You can do better, and it starts now.
