You are being called to let go. Release what ever is keeping you stuck and stagnating. You know intuitively what this is, perhaps you have been fighting against it, resisting, being unwilling to change. This is sapping your life force, taking away energy you could be using for something else. Time to let it go, release it with gratitude for all that you have learned. Let go and move on.

Letting go rarely happens in an instant. It is a series of steps, a series of letting go of each layer as it comes up. Don’t become discouraged if it is taking longer than you think it should. You become freer and freer with each step.

Releasing feelings and emotions is part of the process. It can often be why we hold on, afraid to feel those emotions that have been stagnating within. Call upon the waters within you to flow freely now. Let the past hurts and pains out now. You are ready.
