You are being encouraged to let go, to allow yourself to surrender. To allow what will be. You are hanging on to something that no longer resonates with your highest good. You can feel the pressure building to release it, why hang on to it? You know that just like when you have a good cry, you will feel better when you release and allow what is waiting for you to come in.

Surrender to what is happening in your life. Don’t try to resist the change that is coming. You may wish for things to remain the same because you know what to expect, but that is not how you grow and evolve. It is okay to feel apprehension about change, but don’t let it stop you. You are here to further your evolution, surrender into that knowledge and accept what is next for you.

You are being encouraged to surrender into a deep cleansing cry. When was the last time you allowed yourself to cry? You may feel that crying shows weakness, but nothing could be further from the truth. Crying is an important aspect of your emotions. Crying allows you to release from a deep area of your soul; it cleanses as it releases. You will feel lighter as crying releases emotional baggage. Stop carrying around all that baggage when releasing it is possible.
