This comes in with the question, how can I recognize, receive, and enjoy the sweetness of my life a little more? Have you been caught up in the busyness of life, forgetting to take time to enjoy what you have right now? Do you feel like you do not deserve to be happy, to enjoy life? This comes in to tell you that you are worthy, that you have much to be thankful for and to appreciate.

This is an invitation to cultivate the sweet pleasures of life. To appreciate the fertility of nature around you. To involve yourself in the simple things that bring joy. Stop and smell the flowers. Enjoy sitting around a fire with friends. Grab a good book and immerse yourself in it.

Sweet water is associated with the fresh water bodies on Gaia. Without water you will perish quickly. As important as fresh water is, very little is being done to conserve and protect this important resource. What steps can you take to protect freshwater? You are being encouraged to take them now.
