The Element of Air

You are being asked where can you bring lightness in your life? Where can you make a change from heavy to light? Are there some heavy thoughts or feelings that are weighing you down? Time to inject some ‘light’ into those thoughts and feelings. Thoughts and feelings can indeed be heavy and weighing you down. Time to get out from under the heaviness, what can you do that makes you feel lighter? Is it being out in nature? Listening to music? Calling a friend? Take some time to do it now.

Have any ‘bright’ ideas been coming up for you? Now is the time to act on those. If you don’t act soon, they will be gone, blowing to the next person who might act on them. Experiencing cobwebs in the brain, needing a good clearing? Go out in nature and notice how fast they are cleared out.

The element of air, seems so light and unremarkable, but nothing could be further from the truth. Stand out in a windstorm and soon you will be ducking for cover, never calling air unremarkable again! Words, thoughts, communication, the mind, all fall under the element of air.
