You are being gently reminded that you are part of nature, not apart from nature. You have your own place in this world, that works in harmony with the rest of this world. You are being guided to do your part in protecting Gaia and all of her inhabitants, as all are interconnected and when you do something to another you do it to yourself.

Are you living your life fully? Are you enjoying all that Gaia has to offer? This is a uniquely beautiful planet. There are so many ways that you can enjoy this world. Everything from the serene to adrenaline packed adventures. When you see all that Gaia has to offer, you also see all the ways to protect her so that others that come behind you have the opportunity to experience Gaia to her fullest.

Make sure that you schedule nature time into your life. As a being of nature you need to be in nature in order to replenish yourself. Getting outside for 15 minutes a day has wonderful results. You don’t need to have big nature trips planned for every week. Small steps will work wonders and is doable even in the busiest of schedules.
