You may be called to take the initiative and step into the role of leader. This could be a big role or a smaller role, but what you bring to the table is the same, innovative ideas, respect for others, and a willingness to learn and grow as needed. Don’t be afraid, you are ready, this is something your soul has lined up for you.

You may be thrust into the role of leader and you may feel uncertainty on whether or not you are ready. You are. You may have to learn as you go, but you are ready for that also. You are ready to make a difference and that is the most important thing. You have the ability to lead and to implement change.

What can you do right now to move forward with your plans to be a force of good? Is there a group you need to connect with? Is there a class you need to take? Who do you need to have on your side? Take what steps are shown to you. Ask for the assistance of your guides. Be the change you wish to see in the world.
