It isn’t the form that matters, but in the doing. Expressing your artistic nature connects you with your inner child, it allows them to express themselves joyously. It rebalances you energetically.

Do you take time to see the beauty that is all around you? There is artistry in nature if you take the time to see it. Being in nature and appreciating the beauty that abounds there is another way you can rebalance yourself energetically. You are part of nature, not apart from nature, it is important to take the time to reconnect with all that is around you.

Hold your head high, know that you are a beloved child of the Universe. Love yourself and hold yourself in grace. There isn’t anything wrong with you, despite what others, or even you yourself, have told you. You are love in physical form.
