24th Path: Death

Endings and loss are part of the human experience. There has been a lot of fear, uncertainty, and negativity associated with this. It need not be that way. When you accept that death is just part of the natural life cycle, there is no longer fear associated with it. New beginnings always come from endings just as death is followed by rebirth. This is the natural way. This doesn’t mean that you will not grieve, but you will understand that grief is part of the cycle that needs to be felt through in order to come through it to the rebirth.

When you experience endings, have gratitude for all you have learned and experienced. This includes painful endings, maybe a friend or spouse has betrayed you. This is not condoning what they did, but rather you are grateful for what you learned and how you grew, and the new opportunities that are now available to you.

True transformation only occurs when you release a part of yourself that you have outgrown, that is no longer in alignment with who you are now. It is accepting your experiences, good and bad, for they have contributed to who you are right now Leave the past behind you, with gratitude for the wisdom you take from it. Evolution means you adapt, grow, and change when needed, that is the greatest transformation.
