You are in the midst of transformation right now; but, what stage are you in? Knowing which stage can be helpful in using the energy effectively. Think of the Phoenix and the stages it goes through, now compare it to yourself, are you now able to discern which stage you are in? Transformation can be a messy business, but it is part of your evolution.

You may be going through the experience of someone judging you or your actions unfairly or incorrectly. This can be a difficult and frustrating things to face and go through. Step out of your experience, can you see the situation from their viewpoint? Can you understand their actions now? Perhaps you need to look at the situation from a soul perspective in order to see the growth possibilities and your way forward.

Take a look back at your life, look at all of your experiences and the growth you have experienced. What experiences seemed negative in the moment, but turned out to be to your benefit in the future?
