You are being asked to look at the sources of information that you allow into your life. You need to know where your mind is receiving information from. Are they in alignment with your values and beliefs? Is the information useful? Or is it just useless chatter? This is more important than it may seem on the surface. The information that you allow in, informs your actions and your beliefs. Are you unconsciously drifting, or are you consciously choosing your path?

Your mind is the most powerful tool you were given when you came into the physical. You can use it to defeat negative thinking and patterns that are holding you back. Learning to control your mind instead of it controlling you is the first step towards using your mind effectively. Learn to quiet the monkey mind through, chant, meditating, breathing, whatever resonates with you.

Use journaling to help focus the mind and cut through to the answer. While stating aloud your question, also write it. Then allow your mind to drift. Write whatever comes up without editing or judgment, just allow the flow. Steps and answers will start to come through. With practice this becomes easier.
