You are being gently guided to look at yourself, what beliefs have you been carrying that no longer resonate; what habits no longer serve you; are there people in your life that you no longer feel a connection with? Now is the time to look at anything in your life that no longer serves you. Are there illusions/old stories that you have been telling yourself that you need to release and move on from? There are so many ways that you can keep yourself in stasis. You are meant to continually grow and evolve, not stay stuck in the same place.

You may feel like you are not ‘stuck’, but if you take a hard look, are there dreams you have that have been waiting to be acted upon for a long time? Have you accomplished anything lately? This doesn’t have to be large things, small things count; or are you plodding through the rat race with nothing personal achieved?

You can work with the cycles in your life to best utilize the energy available to you. This can be your day/night, circadian, rhythm; the moon cycles; the seasons; astrological cycles. Knowing where you are in these cycles helps you use the energy to your best benefit.
