The song of inclusion has been the background of all of your thoughts. Have you begun to hear it? It is the voice of your soul; it sings of love and acceptance. It is the love and acceptance of all, your inner and outer worlds. All of your thoughts, the positive and the negative. All of your feelings, the ones you feel and the ones you avoid feeling. All of your life experiences, the easy and the hard. The laughter and the tears. Physical and spiritual. Everything is included.

You are deserving of all of the love and to know your self as a beautiful soul being. In order to really sink into this knowingness, is to harmonize with the song of your soul. Feel the notes going through all of your experiences. This is your unique voice, you are here to add your voice and harmony to the song of life and the Divine.

Fill your life with compassion, reverence, and forgiveness, towards yourself and others. Embrace all parts of yourself, tears and laughter, that which you have judged ‘good’ and ‘bad’. All of this makes up the song of your soul, there is beauty in the highs and the lows. Birds greet the day and end the day with their song, they don’t judge that another bird has a more beautiful song, they sing their song because it is who they are and it must be expressed.
