You came down into the physical to experience life with all of its experiences, the easy and the difficult. So why do you just embrace one and avoid the other at all costs? The difficult gives you the opportunity to stand in your power, face what seems on the surface too difficult to face, and grow through the experience, increasing your understanding of what it is to stand in your sovereignty.

The game of life is rich with opportunities. Knowing which battles to fight and which to walk away from is part of life. Life is energy, and expending your life force is something that is better done consciously than unconsciously. What is worth your energy expenditure and what is not. What replenishes your life force and what depletes it. That is the essence of all choice.

You may being asked now to step out of your comfort zone and face something you have been avoiding. Look under the surface, what is it really asking of you? Is it worth the price you will pay? What is the price of walking away? Knowing these things allows you to make an informed decision from a place of sovereignty.
