Just as it is important to nurture every child, creative idea, and seeds that are planted, it is important for you to nurture yourself. Self love is all about caring for and nurturing yourself. It is not selfish to care for oneself, it is a most sacred act. Take some time to look inward, how are you doing nurturing yourself? Does it make you uncomfortable to think about doing?

Acts of self care and nurturing involve nourishing the physical body with food and rest. Feeding the soul with love and kindness. Surrounding yourself with people who love and support you.

There are times to share your energies and ideas with the world and there are times to keep to yourself and those that are respectful of you and your energy. If you are in the process of leveling up on a soul level, you may find that keeping to yourself and conserving your outward expenditure of energy is needed at this time.
