How is your life tree right now? Or did you not know that you have a life tree? Your life tree grows the many different limbs of who you are. Your tree can become unhealthy and out of balance. Too much work and not enough rest. Not enough nutrient rich food. Too little light. All things that can impact your life tree.

Now is a good time for restoring your life tree with balance in all that you do. Where/how are you spending your time and energy? Are you stuck in limiting belief patterns, such as, lack, fear, oppression? Once you take the time to look, it will become easily apparent where the imbalances are.

Once you recognize your needs, restoring balance is easy. The hardest part is acknowledging that you have needs that aren’t being met. Nature thrives on balance; you too are a part of nature so balance is an integral part of your being.
