You are being asked to consider what your inner sanctuary looks like. Is it filled with things that nourish yourself, providing rest and sustenance when it is needed? Or is it filled with your chaotic thoughts; all of the what ifs, the should ofs, could ofs. All the things that keep your mind in a twirling, never ending chaotic circle.

The thoughts you focus on are what you give power to and create. Are you creating the life that you want, or are you experiencing all the things you don’t want? Look to your thoughts, those are what need to change in order to transform what is happening now in your life.

Train yourself to focus on the positive, have gratitude, look for things to be grateful for. Look to what fills you with hope and excitement. Look for the silver lining. It is always your choice as to what you experience. Instead of complaining and staying in a victim mentality, look to changing your focus and your thoughts, and soon your world will change.
