Do not be afraid to say no. You do not have to explain yourself. No is a complete answer. No is an expression of self love. Learning to say no is essential to every people pleaser. Learning to say no is an expression of self care. To thine own self be true is an important affirmation in your growth process.

Standing your ground and having boundaries is essential right now. It won’t take you long to know what situation this pertains to in your life. You will know what person is taking advantage of you and your giving spirit right now. You will know who needs to hear no from you. You will know who needs to get out of your space right now. You will know. The very person or situation that you are afraid to say no to, requires a no right now.

Liberate yourself, love yourself enough to say no. Set your boundaries, create your own space and defend your sovereignty. When you do say yes, it will be given happily without resentment.
