You deserve to experience love from the inside out. This is what self love brings to you. All of the kindness, devotion, and love that you give to others is what you deserve to have. You must first give this to yourself and then you will receive it from outside of yourself. This is because once you give it to yourself, you will never settle for any less.

Loving yourself is how you build resilience. In other words, the strength you need to face the world comes to you through loving yourself first and foremost. Be patient with yourself. Show yourself kindness. Be compassionate towards yourself. Speak lovingly to and about yourself. Shower your inner child with love.

You are a beloved child of the Divine There is no one else like you. There is beauty in your uniqueness. Accept yourself just as you are. Use a mirror and daily look deep into your eyes and tell yourself ‘I love you.’ Soon it will feel less ackward and you will feel all the love.
