Soucouyant comes in today with the reminder “my blessings always overflow.” Too often when you are in the midst of lack mentality, instead of remembering all that you have, you remember all that you perceive that you don’t have. Instead of feeling vibrant, abundant and giving, the feelings of lack, hunger, jealousy, and weariness abound. Abundance is your birthright, but you can choose to experience lack. The key is to snap yourself out of it.

There are many ways you can snap yourself out of lack mentality, the fastest is to focus on what you have to be grateful for. For even in the midst of scarcity you will have much to be grateful for. The smile from a loved one, a hug to fill your reserves, bird song, the sun on your face. Make a list of all that you are grateful for.

There will always be enough of everything for everyone. No one has to lack. You will not have less if you share your abundance, you will have even more to be grateful for; that is how the flow of prosperity works. Be grateful for your riches, share them with others, feel the love of all that is. You are indeed blessed with more riches than you can imagine.
