Tituba / Feeling Safe

Tituba was the first person to be accused in the Salem witch trials in 1692. Tituba understands what it is like to be unsafe, it is scary and quite lonely. If you have experienced times of being unsafe it can be difficult to ever feel safe again. This comes as a message that you indeed can feel safe again and the time is sooner rather than later.

You have worked hard to heal that which caused you to feel unsafe. It may have taken a long time, you may have worked with a healer/therapist who held space for you to work through the feelings and experiences that made you feel unsafe. You have learned skills that assist you in feeling safe. You deserve to be safe, nothing that happened was your fault. Don’t let another keep you tied to the past. You are free.

It is finally safe for you to be you. Your needs are being met and you feel safe within your body. This is a great achievement and you should honor all of the work you have done to get here. If thoughts and feelings arise and make you feel unsafe ask your angels and guides to assist you in feeling safe again. Ask for a bubble of protection to be put around you, your vehicle, your home. Request that only loving energies that mean no harm are allowed into your space. Repeat the mantra ‘it is safe for me to be here in my body at this time,’ and so it is.
