Too often in life instead of showing your authentic, true self, you wear a mask (or many) hiding who you are in order to fit in, to not rock the boat. Wearing different masks is very different than wearing many hats. Wearing masks hides you from those around you; wearing different hats is showing the different sides of you. It’s time to take an honest look at yourself, are you hiding behind masks in your life now? If so are you now ready to set them aside?

Wearing a mask is exhausting and you may not realize how much energy it is taking until you release it. Wearing a mask is lying to others and yourself. Why do you want to be living a lie? Knowing the answers will help you heal and move forward without the mask.

Once you acknowledge the masks that you wear, and release them, it will become easier to see the masks that others wear. Are the people around you wearing masks? Do you want to have people in your life that wear masks? Once you are willing to remove your mask and live your life authentically, it will attract in others who are living their lives authentically.
