You have come to earth in order to experience life in the physical. This includes physical pleasure. Shame has been piled high on this aspect. But shame has no place here. It is a sacred act to give and receive pleasure, not a shameful one. Your reaction to that statement will tell you much about how much you have been indoctrinated into the belief that sex is shameful. That sex should only be used for procreation. Or the flip side, that sex is only physical with nothing divine or sacred about it.

Sex can be both physical and sacred. One is not better than the other. You are an erotic being, there is nothing shameful about sex, and it’s time to release any shame you have. You deserve to feel pleasure. To not feel pleasure is to not be fully alive. Along with physical pleasure, there is pleasure you have when doing something that you love, when completing a task on your to do list, watching the sun rise/set, etc.

When you open your energy and allow another in, it is a sacred union. When you create another human consciously and purposefully it is the result of a sacred union based in love. Pleasure and sacredness have long been linked in physical pleasure, instead of feeling shameful about that, embrace your sensuality and celebrate it for it is part of the divine human experience.
