Part of understanding you are soul on a physical journey, is understanding that there is spiritual maintenance that needs to be done regularly. Everything is energy. Places you go, people that you come in contact with, all can attach to your energetic body and need to be cleared as they will have an affect on your physical body. At least once a day you should be clearing your field. There will be times when you will need to do it multiple times a day.

There are many ways you can clear your fields. Here are a few suggestions, do what feels right for you. You can switch up the way in which you clear fields. You will in a quiet reflection, grounded and connected to the crystalline core of the earth. You can ask your guides, angels, Arch Angel Michael to assist you with cutting any energetic cords that have attached to you, sending the energy cord back to its owner with love. You can use the different rays of light to clear your field. You can use baking soda and Epsom salts to wash over your body clearing cords.

You are worthy, compassionate, and whole. You are a beloved child of the Divine who is on a human journey. You are also energy and need to care for your energetic body.
