You are being gently reminded to look at where resistance shows up in your life. Resistance shows up as being resistant to make a change; making excuses, being unmotivated, following distractions, addictions, laziness, uncommitted. You will know the ways that you resist when you look with clear eyes. The first step in ending resistance is acknowledging that you are resisting.

Resistance keeps you stuck, keeps you from evolving. Resistance amplifies fears; blocks creativity. It stops you from being your true self, a master creator who can do anything you put your mind to.

Acknowledge your fears, being afraid that you will mess up, that you may not succeed is normal. Once you acknowledge your hesitation it losses its power over you and there will be no resistance. You won’t be perfect, you will make mistakes, you will learn from them, and you will succeed. Stop holding yourself back, it’s time you let yourself fly.
