Energy is the frequency of the Universe and how it is felt in the physical is via emotions. To connect with God/dess is to be filled with pure love and joy. To be in Celestial Alignment is to be in sync with energetic feeling, the frequency of everything sacred. When you become detached from your emotions and feelings is when you feel numb, alone, unconnected from the Divine.

Too often energy is spent on what is wanted and not how you want to feel. Things cannot fill the reservoir of your being, only what makes you feel whole and complete can fill it. All true connection comes through the emotional body.

If you need help accessing your emotions, working through emotions, find a trusted counselor or therapist that can hold sacred space for you to feel your emotions. It can be frightening to feel your emotions if you have spent a lifetime avoiding them. You are ready and able to connect with your most sacred self. Open yourself to your emotions, and feel the divinity that is all around you.
