When did you decide to become a martyr? You have become a wounded healer, holding all the pain, rage, fears, of others all the while denying your own self. You hold space for others, but never for yourself. This will drain your life force very quickly. Before assisting others, you must take care of your own needs. Only by putting yourself first will you have the energy it takes to be a true healer for others.

It isn’t selfish to put your needs first. It is self-love. Release all the beliefs you have held regarding putting yourself first. Feel how much more energy you have when you take the time to fill your own cup. You will be more centered, patient, calm, when you take care of your whole self.

It is safe to put yourself first. In the past you might not have felt safe enough to do so, remind yourself that this is no longer true. You have the Divine, your angels and guardians available and ready to assist you in holding space for yourself first and foremost. This will assist you in your service.
