Ma’at / Giving & Receiving

Ma’at is an Egyptian Goddess whose name means order. She comes in today with the message that you are out of balance in regards to giving and receiving. Many when consciously walking their spiritual path are all about giving. Giving everything such as, time, money, energy, healing, etc. But to only give and not in turn being open to receive keeps you unbalanced and at risk of burning out, illness, disease.

It is not ‘unspiritual’ to receive. You no longer need to follow vows of poverty that you may have made in a past life. It is okay to be open to receiving. Receiving is a sacred feminine activity, it is needed for there to be balance with the sacred masculine activity of doing. For you have within you both the divine feminine and the divine masculine.

If you are having a hard time receiving, start small; accept compliments graciously, accept friendship when it is order. Then you can move up to being open to receiving support, money, love. Take the time to reset your harmonic balance between giving and receiving. To give and receive is to be in the flow of divine abundance.
