Has any one told you that you deserve to be happy? Well, you do! Too often life is filled with directed actions that are supposed to lead you to success. Talking about emotions makes many uncomfortable and feeling our emotions makes many uncomfortable. We are schooled on the outer things, with only the vaguest mentions in relation usually to ‘good’ and ‘bad’ emotions. No wonder there are so many confused and unhappy people.

It’s not too late, you can reeducate yourself. You can be unconfused and happy! Truly successful people are those following what makes them happy, following their bliss. You feel like yourself when you are happy.

Your happiness is unique to you, you turn your focus inward not outward when finding what makes you happy. The are no limits, if you dream it you can make it happen. Being joyful is self love. What makes you laugh? What tickles your funny bone? Look for what makes you laugh so much you snort, so much healing happens when we laugh. You deserve to be happy. Own it and live it now.
