Have you been feeling pissed off lately? Under appreciated, under valued? There are many things that can elicit anger or rage within. If you sit with your anger, you will find that what you are feeling under the surface of anger is hurt. Often it can be easier to get mad than sit with the pain that is happening underneath.

It is time to feel all the hurt, it can seem overwhelming at first, but if you stay with it you will be provided insights, clarity, growth that you wouldn’t have otherwise. Center yourself and breathe. Allow the pain to surface, allow the tears to flow, the rage to howl. Embrace it with love and acceptance. You are allowed a full range of emotions.

Get clarity on what is really happening. Allow yourself to see the truth that your feelings are telling you. Anger over injustice’s can inspire action to create change. What steps can you take to create change in a positive way?
