Time to be a tree, sink those roots deep out of your feet, while stretching your arms up to reach the sky. Only by being fully grounded are you able to manifest in the physical. Being grounded keeps you stable and present, both are needed when you are going about your day or manifesting what you desire. Checking throughout the day to see if you’re grounded or not is a good practice to have.

There are many things that can unground you, stress, anxiety, trauma, fear are just a few. All these things disconnect you from your body. You are strong enough to work through these emotions, and it takes being grounded to do so.

Being well grounded in life is essential for creating healthy boundaries. It allows you to be rooted in your truth and protects your energy. It allows you to weather the storms of your life, while staying true to yourself. When you feel yourself becoming unrooted, come back to your breath and reground yourself. Your mantra, ‘I am firmly planted and deeply rooted.’
