You are being gently reminded to love who you are, who you really desire to be. Not the people pleasing you who tries to be what another wants you to be. You are a bright blessing who has come to share your unique gifts. You cannot be who you truly are if you are caught up worrying about what others will think. It is time for you to step into your sovereignty and be you. You are ready and your angels and guides stand by your side ready to assist you.

Doing mirror work can assist you in boosting the self love and confidence. It is a easy practice, all you need is yourself and a mirror, it doesn’t take much time, a quick 5 minutes will do wonders for your confidence. As you look deep into your eyes, say I love you. Notice the feelings that are coming up. Let the tears flow if they come up. Tell yourself that you are amazing, confident, worthy, abundant, and any thing else you want to boost. That’s it. Watch how fast they take root.

You can work with the pink ray to surround you with love and confidence. Imagine yourself completely surrounded and emitting the color pink. Others will get a boost of self confidence and love when they are around you. The green ray can be used to assist you in speaking your truth and being confident in your self expression.
