This comes in as a gentle reminder to not take things so seriously. Despite how bad things may look, there is a bit to smile about, there may be even a little to laugh about! Once you start looking for something to lift your spirits in a situation, you lift the energy not only of yourself, but also of those around you, and the situation itself. Life isn’t meant to be hard without relief; sometimes you have to look for the relief. When you look, you will be rewarded by finding the good that is in the situation.

Laughter is healing. You can feel it within you when you let yourself laugh. You will never grow old as long as you can laugh, most especially if you learn not to take yourself so seriously. When you laugh you can feel walls breaking down. Laughter brings people together. If it’s been a while since you’ve had a good, laugh until you cry session, seek out things that have tickled your funny bone in the past, soon laughter will come easily again.

The Green Ray, both light and dark green are helpful when finding the humor. Light Green is joyful and playful while dark green assists you in finding the message that the Universe is conveying.
