This comes as a gentle reminder that part of caring for your physical body is making healthy choices. As you ascend your body carries a higher vibrational energy and part of integrating this higher energy is purifying the physical body. As you go through this you may go through intense detox periods, as the body sheds impurities, toxins, addictions,
anything not in alignment with the higher energy vibration.

As you have a more mindful approach to your physical well being, you may find your diet changing, craving foods that are new to you; give them a chance you may find that you enjoy the way you feel when eating them. You may find yourself enjoying different forms of movement than before. When you focus on your wellbeing your body naturally shows you what it needs.

The Red and Green Rays can assist you when focusing on your physical wellbeing. Red highlights your energetic flow. When you give more than you receive your health suffers. It will create illness and dis-ease in order for you to have down time so that you can prioritize your health. The Green Ray connects you to your life force. It helps you rebuild, revive, and recharge your life force.
