Open Your Heart to Love

You may have found that you have created walls around your heart in order for it not to be hurt. This may seem like a good idea, but in reality it hurts your heart more. It is time to take down those walls and start letting love into your life. When you start this you will see that you are surrounded by love in all its forms. Because love embraces far more than just romantic. There is the love from family and friends. There is love from animal companions. There is self love.

When you close yourself off from love it contracts your aura, instead of growing through interactions with others, you become invisible to others. There needs to be a healthy exchange of energy in order to grow. You must open your heart to others, in spite of the risk. You can go as slow as you need to, but start taking those steps.

The Red and Green Rays are here to assist you in the process. The Red Ray anchors you into your heart so that all of your actions are based in love. The Green Ray connects you to your most authentic self and helps you express authentically. The Green Ray can assist you in finding your soul group for a boost of love and support.
