This is a gentle reminder of the importance of setting clear and firm boundaries in all areas of your life. Setting boundaries is an act of self love and sovereignty. It tells the world what you will accept in your life and what you will not accept. Having boundaries is part of communicating clearly your wants and needs. Boundaries are an important part of all aspects of your life, both personally and professionally.

You may feel nervous about setting firm boundaries, afraid of who you may offend, relationships that may be lost. Having clear boundaries makes all parties feel safer, and prevents anxiety and worry over what is acceptable and what is not. Despite this some may still push against your boundaries saying they are not loving or needed. When in fact, when both parties understand the parameters, more safety and intimacy is available.

Perhaps you are now being called to clarify what you truly want, to voice what is important to you. Setting boundaries requires that you go within and know yourself. What important discussions are coming up in your life now? Where can you be clearer about your boundaries, what you can accept and what is a firm no? This is about standing in your sovereignty.
